Dennis Ciaglo’s construction journey began over 30 years ago in Chicago, where he worked on large-scale building projects. By age 30, he had developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, which he carried with him when he moved to Florida. There, he oversaw the development of communities and managed significant projects, including the Tampa Shipyard and the Tampa Airport expansion.

Dennis then founded his own company, leading projects like Orlando’s Baseball & Boardwalk and a pool at the University of South Florida. His focus shifted toward creating safer, stronger, and more sustainable buildings in Florida’s hurricane-prone environment.

The Turning Point: Discovering ICF

Dennis discovered Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) as the solution. After witnessing hurricane devastation, he realized traditional building methods weren’t enough. ICF offered superior insulation, soundproofing, fire and termite resistance, and design flexibility. It was a smarter, safer, and more sustainable choice, costing only 3–5% more than traditional builds, with significant savings in energy efficiency, tax credits, and maintenance.
